Manos: Bad or the worst? There’s some sort of incredibly amateurish charm about Manos, but it’s probably not one I would watch sans Brains. The riffs are top notch, thanks to the overall crappiness of the movie. The ep works because the movie doesn’t. It’s like a strange burrito of weirdness.

Have you met any of the Brains? A few years back, Mike came to speak at a college near me, so I went and got to meet him afterwards. Still have the pic on my fridge. And at this year’s Dragon*Con, I went to Trace and Frank’s panel and got a hug from Frank. I would LOVE to meet any of the other Brains! (No idea why this didn’t post yesterday, but there ya go.)
